Construction of a new elementary school for the School District of Palm Beach County, 125,000 SF of air conditioned space, with administrative offices, classrooms, libraries, basketball courts, baseball and soccer field, and other play areas The project will obtain a LEED Silver certification from the United States Green Building Council. The project will also achieve a participation goal for M/WBE certified subcontractors.
